The name "sourdough" is a misnomer. A better description would be "naturally leavened" (not using commercial yeast). While there are definitely techniques to get a more sour loaf, mine are typically very mild. With that being said, there's always going to be some variations with each homemade loaf.
Ingredients: unbleached organic all-purpose flour, water, salt, rice flour (for dusting)
-Trade. I'm very happy to take homegrown fruits/veggies/herbs in exchange for bread! Unfortunately, this doesn't apply to unhealthy desserts, because those are the kids' inventory.

-Tipping. I am uncomfortable with tipping, but I've learned some people will insist on it, regardless. If you absolutely feel the need to tip, you can give it to my son for delivery, but do not feel obligated, as he is not expecting one.
